Having worked with Tom for over 9 months now I can honestly say that his knowledge, motivation and will to see me get results are the key reasons for my success in improving my fitness, body confidence and general health.

The weekly workouts on video calls kept me motivated and the ability to ask Tom anything, anytime on WhatsApp gave me confidence in diet and individual workouts. Not only has Tom changed my attitude towards working out, adopting a fitness first lifestyle – he has also educated me on what to eat, what the body needs and I’m 100% seeing the results not just in the levels of energy but also the sharpness of mind.

 Life would be very different without taking this journey with Tom and I can’t state strongly enough how happy I am that I’ve had Tom in my life to take this step.

It would be no exaggeration to say that Tom has changed my life. As someone who has never been into sport or fitness, the idea of getting fit and prioritising my health was a scary and daunting one. Over the last 2 years, I’d gained a lot of weight and had totally lost my body confidence – not to mention, my fitness levels were in the toilet, and I used to get sweaty and out of breath walking up hills.

Now, I’ve lost a stone, and built strength and muscles I didn’t even know existed 9 months ago! I knew all the information was out there to “get fit” but having the accountability of a coach who will be your biggest fan is a game changer. I used to suffer with lower back pain and sciatica, often waking up stiff and limping, and with Tom’s help focusing on specific muscle groups, the pain is completely gone. His holistic approach to health in general paired with his overall bubbly and cheeky personality just makes you excited to be healthy! It’s not a chore with him.

    Working with Tom over the last six weeks has been a treasured and transformative experience. Coming into the session, due to over commitment to community charity work, my life was out of balance and the negatives were spiralling.
